The gang's all here...
We thought that it might be nice for you to know who's who in this wedding party of ours. They'll be standing up there with us on the big day and already, in the lead up to next year, they're playing pivotal roles behind the scenes. Except on occasions when they do things like pester us to be able to wear outfits such as white tuxedos... You'll have to wait and see how that turns out!
Steve
The Groom
Of course we have to start with the groom: The one and only Steve Bright, known affectionately as Scuba/Scubes/Scooby Doo by various friends and his (soon-to-be) Father-in-Law. Master of the pool cue (you'll likely find him at the snooker table in the chateau), keen Saints follower and can play a decent selection of songs on the piano. Side note: despite the nickname, he has only actually scuba dived once.
Chandler
The Bride
As for the bride, if you only want to know one thing about Miss Chandler Divers, let it be this: she is someone who is easily excited by the little things. Steve notes that the most recent examples of this have included: dalmatians (when seen in real life and also on Instagram), any time she hears Taylor Swift on the radio, mini Colin the Caterpillar cakes and fancy gift wrapping paper.
Megs
Maid of Honour
The 'Gembi' to Chandler's 'Chibba' (these are nicknames they came up with for each other as tweens) since they first met in their first year of secondary school. Don't get them started on their countless stories together from over the years; you'd be there forever! But if you're looking for a genius with the sewing machine, a camping recommendation or someone to drink cocktails with at the bar (she's particularly fond of a Woo Woo!), Meg is your go-to girl.
Chloë
Maid of Honour
Chloë and Chandler have been by each other's side since they were just 4 years old. They looked cute back then but don't think they haven't followed each other into trouble a few times over the years... They have many a story and photo to prove it! Chloë is a wizard with make-up, a qualified scuba-diver (she ought to give 'Scuba Steve' some tips!) and a big lover of Mexican food nights. Meet her on the dance floor when Beyonce comes on (but don't expect too much from her when it comes to dance moves!)
Conor
Best Man
If anyone is going to upstage the bride with a grand entrance of their own, it would be Conor; most likely with a smoke machine. Steve's laid-back best man will be on hand to crack many a joke, be a calming influence on the groom and will entertain us all with his MC duties on the day. If you like anything to do with football, 'The Office' or Pokemon then Conor's your man. Get a few beers in him on the wedding day and we're sure he'll fill you in on all the stories from the stag, if you dare to hear them!
Lexie
Bridesmaid
If you're ever stuck in a 'Friends' or 'Gilmore Girls' trivia night, you would absolutely need Lexie on your team! She knows every episode off by heart and there's nothing she and her big sis (that's Chandler!) love more than watching and quoting these shows together. She also loves fashion, crafts and hoarding tiny things in her bedroom. 'The Rory to Chandler's Lorelai'... It's a Gilmore Girls thing.
Josh
Ring Protector
The most important thing you need to know about Chandler's youngest brother: he is a 12 year old legend on the football pitch! And now we have the "big sibling pride" out of the way; Josh is also a lover of mint flavoured ice cream, playing Fifa with his friends, Dad or Steve and watching all of the James Bond movies. He's the one who wants to wear a white tux on the wedding day. Three guesses where that idea came from!
